Epic has built on the downwind success of the Gen 3 V12, while still maintaining the legendary V14 speed. The speed allows elite paddlers to jump up and over to the next wave, while increased rocker provides greater maneuverability surfing the wave. Slightly more stable than the Gen 1 model, and less stable than the V12, the new V14 is quicker than the V12, delivering an all-round exhilarating experience for paddlers with the skills to match it. It is ten centimeters longer than the V12 Gen 3, giving it more boat run in flat-water. In a few big international races late in 2024, where G2 V14 prototypes were the boat of choice for Epic athletes, she came in strong!
